Ford has announced the inclusion of its innovative SYNC3 infotainment system in each new 2017 model-year car, light truck, electric vehicle, and SUV. This is all a part of Ford’s endless effort to stay ahead of the technological curve and to push this automaker further into the future.

In addition, the new SYNC3 infotainment system with include both the Apple CarPlay and Android Auto smartphone integration apps to connect your smartphones and compatible devices. Other apps being included via SYNC3 are Spotify and Pandora.

 

“We developed one platform – SYNC 3 – and have been able to quickly offer the technology across our lineup. Customers considering a new vehicle can now choose any 2017 model year Ford car, SUV, light truck, or electrified vehicle with SYNC 3 and be able to access their favorite apps,” stated Chuck Gray, Ford Global Director of Electrical and Electronic Systems Engineering.
